Individual therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and examine the painful patterns that interfere with having the life you want. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, substance abuse, or a major life transition, treatment is tailored to your goals, strengths, and experiences. Through this work, you can develop greater insight, build effective coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
After intake, individual sessions are 45 minutes and billed under the CPT Code 90834.

Relationships can be both deeply meaningful and deeply challenging. Couples and family therapy provide a space to strengthen communication, work through conflict, rebuild trust, and better understand the patterns that shape your relationships. Whether you are facing a significant life transition, parenting challenges, infidelity, or ongoing relational distress, treatment focuses on helping family members move toward healthier, more connected ways of relating to one another.
Each participant should expect to meet with me 1:1 during the assessment phase. It is strongly recommended, and in some cases required, for you to have your own individual therapist while in couples and/or family treatment. I will discuss this with you during your intake.
Generally, family and couples sessions are 1 hour and are billed under the CPT Code 90847.

Not everyone who is seeking help knows exactly what kind of support they need. Clinical consultations are designed to help individuals better understand their concerns, determine the most appropriate level of care, and navigate the mental health system with confidence. Whether you are deciding between outpatient therapy and a higher level of care, seeking specialized treatment, or searching for the right provider, I will help you clarify your options and, when appropriate, connect you with trusted referrals.
After intake, clinical consultations are 45 minutes and billed under the CPT Code 90834.
